ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Delivery Manager within the A&I organisation, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of strategic work-streams under the Intelligence for Automation programme—ranging from platform capability elevation and GenAI tooling to self-service data analysis and organisational change. You will also serve as the key point of contact for delivery across broader OGB and Group FDJ initiatives, ensuring A&I's contributions are well-coordinated, visible, and aligned to group-level priorities.

You will work closely with A&I leadership, work-stream owners, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, track dependencies, manage risks, and ensure clarity across all levels of the organisation. Your ability to navigate complexity, build trust with stakeholders, and maintain delivery momentum will be essential to realising the full value of our A&I strategy.

You'll be expected to maintain a clear view of how delivery efforts translate into tangible business value — supporting automation, reducing operational overhead, and enabling faster, insight-led decisions that drive commercial outcomes across FDJ United and OBG.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Coordination & Oversight

• Lead delivery execution across multiple A&I work-streams (e.g. platform elevation, self-service, GenAI, automation, culture & change).

• Support coordination across teams, verticals, and functions within the A&I portfolio.

• Track progress, key milestones, interdependencies, and resourcing for timely delivery.

• Maintain a clear delivery roadmap aligned to strategic outcomes.

• Ensure that you adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations for your role.
• Identify and raise any non-compliance incidents promptly to your line manager.
• Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
• Complete all mandatory compliance training assigned to you.
• Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Act as the primary delivery interface for OBG and FDJ United transformation stakeholders.

• Deliver regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Ensure transparent communication and clarity on timelines, scope, and dependencies.

• Support A&I leadership with materials for senior forums and steering groups.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identify and escalate delivery risks and blockers early, with actionable mitigation.

• Facilitate conflict resolution where multiple stakeholders or verticals intersect. Ensure continuity and handover from project delivery into business-as-usual.

Change & Readiness

• Support change adoption and transition across teams, particularly around culture, skills, and ways of working.

• Help design and operationalise delivery models aligned to A&I's operating model.

• Contribute to readiness assessments and communication planning for go-lives and rollouts.

KEY PROJECTS YOU'LL SUPPORT

• Intelligence for Automation (I4A): A&I's flagship transformation programme focused on scaling AI, automation, and data-driven capabilities across the organisation.

• Strategic A&I Work-streams (within I4A): Oversee delivery across work-streams including Platform Capability Elevation, GenAI Tooling, Operating Model Redesign, Culture & Change, and Next-Gen Self-Service – all of which underpin the I4A strategy.

• Group-Wide Initiatives: Collaborate with PAM, Sports book, Tech Growth & Strategy, and FDJ United teams to support the delivery of strategic initiatives spanning both OBG and the wider FDJ United Group.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of delivery/project management experience in data, analytics, or technology environments.
• Strong organisational skills with a proven track record in multi-stream delivery. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication and senior-level reporting.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, programme governance, and digital ways of working.
• Confident working across business and technical teams—able to translate delivery requirements across both.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and impact.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
