Campaign and Planning Executive

What’s the role about?

As our Campaign and Planning Executive you will be ensuring that all marketing projects are planned and delivered on time against seasonal objectives, whilst supporting our Marketing Planning and Operations Lead.

Who You Are

• Previous experience within campaign planning in the luxury fashion or beauty industry is preferred.
• Detail-orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task with solid organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, at pace and adapt to constantly evolving work environment.
• Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A natural relationship builder and team player.

What You’ll be doing

• Assist our Marketing Planning and Operations Lead in planning promotional, seasonal and brand campaigns. Collaborate with our Insights team on performance of campaigns across website, app and email.
• Work closely with all internal departments across the business on the delivery of content, to support innovative and elevated marketing campaigns.
• Create briefs for seasonal trade campaigns and overseeing the execution with our Project Manager.
• Monitor global competitor promotional activity and strategy, whilst delivering updates to the wider team in a timely and concise manner. Ensuring marketing channel implementation of evergreen marketing activity across all platforms.
• Manage existing relationships when developing brand campaigns and the implementation of brand content plans.
