As a Mobile Vehicle Technician in our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality repair and servicing directly to our members. What You Can Expect

Your day will begin with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to focus on:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards

With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and all necessary tools at your disposal, you’ll have everything you need to perform quality work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled jobs with precision and care.
• Utilize technical skills to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Engage with members to provide exceptional service and support.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays.
• Guaranteed overtime options available to increase your earnings.
