Senior Casualty Claims Technician
Join a dynamic and highly respected Lloyd’s brokerage at the heart of the London Insurance market. We’re seeking an experienced Casualty Claims Technician to join our growing team and help deliver market-leading claims service across a diverse portfolio of UK, US and international risks.
As a Casualty Claims Technician, you will manage a portfolio of casualty and liability claims, including Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Product Liability, from first notification through to final settlement. You will liaise directly with underwriters, adjusters, solicitors, and clients to ensure efficient and fair claims resolution. Accurate processing of claims through ECF/Class is essential, along with maintaining compliant and complete documentation. Additionally, you will support brokers by contributing to client reporting and management information analysis.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling casualty or liability claims, preferably within the Lloyd’s or wider London market. You will be proficient in using ECF/Class systems and familiar with Lloyd’s claims processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the best talent in the Lloyd’s market. You’ll benefit from clear career development, a supportive working environment, and a hybrid model that promotes work-life balance. Our client are also offering a competitive salary, bonus potential, and an excellent benefits package.
