Corporate Tax Manager – £70k–£85k + Bonus | London (Hybrid)

Radley Green is partnering with a fast-growing firm, specialising in global clients, to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager for their high-performing London team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the compliance team, setting agendas, facilitating meetings, and fostering collaboration.
• Manage UK corporate tax compliance, including reviews of corporation tax, VAT, and payroll-related filings.
• Provide specialist tax advice (CIR, R&D credits, share schemes, transfer pricing, withholding tax).
• Oversee a portfolio of clients as main point of contact, managing WIP, billing, and client delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals and help build out an Advisory service offering
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service.
• Drive team performance through training, appraisals, and effective workload management.

About You

• Professionally qualified (ICAEW, ACCA, or CTA).
• Strong UK corporate tax expertise, with international exposure an advantage.
• Commercially astute, with proven experience managing client portfolios.
• Excellent communicator, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
