Salary: 40,000 - 45,000

Are you a detail-driven Specification Technologist with experience navigating the complex world of food labelling and compliance? We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and ensure product specifications and artwork align with regulatory standards and UK retailer requirements-all from the comfort of a fully remote working setup.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, food-focused team, where your accuracy and regulatory know-how will play a critical role in supporting compliant product launches.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing formulations to ensure they meet both legal and customer requirements
• Managing regulatory adaptations as part of the specification process
• Checking and approving product specifications and pack copy
• Conducting detailed artwork reviews
• Performing alignment checks across PLV, PAC, CTS, and RSR documentation

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical, regulatory, or specifications-focused role within the food industry
• Strong understanding of UK and EU food labelling regulations and retailer codes of practice
• Confident user of specification and artwork systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate them clearly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
