Job Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing integrated brand strategies that elevate brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate sales across global markets.
This role sits at the intersection of creative brand marketing, experiential retail activation, and strategic trade partner marketing. The Brand Manager will lead the development of compelling global campaigns while ensuring they translate effectively across owned retail, e-commerce, wholesale partners, and experiential environments.
Working closely with creative, retail, digital, PR, social media and wholesale teams, the role ensures that the brand vision is expressed consistently across all touchpoints, from global campaigns and cultural moments to in-store experiences and strategic retail partnerships.
The ideal candidate combines creative brand thinking with strong commercial acumen, understanding how to build inspiring brand narratives while developing trade and partner marketing strategies that drive revenue, traffic, and brand visibility in established and emerging markets.
Global Brand Strategy & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute global brand campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, storytelling, and cultural relevance.
- Translate the brand vision into integrated marketing programs across retail, digital, social, experiential, and partner channels.
- Collaborate with creative agency to deliver best-in-class brand assets and storytelling across global markets.
- Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
Experiential & Retail Brand Marketing
- Lead the development of experiential marketing initiatives that bring the brand to life through physical and immersive consumer experiences.
- Create impactful retail activations, pop-ups, and in-store events that drive engagement, traffic, and conversion.
- Partner with visual merchandising, retail operations teams to elevate the in-store brand experience.
- Develop creative activations for key retail moments such as campaign launches, store openings, and seasonal events.
- Identify opportunities to build culturally relevant brand moments that connect emotionally with consumers.
Trade & Wholesale Partner Marketing
- Develop strategic trade marketing programs that support key wholesale and franchise partners while maintaining brand integrity.
- Create co-marketing initiatives and partner marketing toolkits to ensure strong brand representation across partner channels.
- Collaborate with wholesale teams to build marketing strategies that drive sell-through, retail traffic, and brand awareness in partner environments.
- Support new market entry strategies, developing localized marketing plans tailored to regional consumer behaviour and retail landscapes.
- Lead the execution of partner campaigns, retail media placements, and co-op marketing initiatives with major retail accounts.
- Monitor performance of trade marketing programs and optimize based on commercial impact.
Cross-Channel Marketing Integration
- Partner with Digital, E-commerce, PR, Social, Influencer, and Media teams to deliver integrated campaigns across all channels.
- Ensure cohesive consumer journeys from awareness through purchase across owned and partner ecosystems.
- Align marketing activity with commercial priorities and product launches.
Global Collaboration & Market Localization
- Work closely with regional marketing teams and agencies to adapt global campaigns for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Provide clear campaign toolkits and guidelines for regional teams and partners.
- Collect market insights and performance feedback to inform future brand strategies and global campaigns.
Performance & Budget Management
- Define and track campaign KPIs, measuring brand impact, engagement, and commercial results.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across brand campaigns, experiential initiatives, and partner marketing.
- Analyse performance data to optimize future brand and trade strategies.
Key Skills
Brand & Creative Marketing
- Strong experience developing global brand campaigns and storytelling.
- Ability to translate brand vision into compelling creative executions across channels.
- A strong creative eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
Experiential Marketing
- Proven ability to create immersive brand experiences, retail activations, and consumer events.
- Experience designing engaging in-store and experiential marketing programs.
Trade & Retail Marketing
- Deep understanding of wholesale, retail, and trade marketing strategies.
- Experience working with key retail partners, franchise networks, or department store channels.
- Ability to create marketing programs that drive sell-through and retail traffic.
Strategic & Commercial Thinking
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect brand initiatives to revenue growth.
- Experience launching or expanding brands in new markets or regions. Expertise of US market a plus.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Proven ability to collaborate across creative, retail, digital, sales, and PR teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in global, matrixed organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in brand marketing, preferably within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Experience working with global brand campaigns and international markets.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and retail activations.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
