This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being close to the action, thrives under pressure, and brings both creativity and structure to every build.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years’ experience across film, TVCs, events, brand experiences, or exhibitions

Robust health & safety knowledge, including preparing documentation and ensuring all regulations are met
A calm, decisive, quick-thinking approach to problem solving
Proven ability to manage and reconcile project budgets with care and accuracy
Outstanding communication skills — you’ll be the glue that holds clients and crews together to deliver success
What You’ll Do
Lead and energise teams across workshop and onsite builds
Ensure the highest standards of quality across all project outputs
Drive seamless communication between clients, designers, and production teams
Maintain exceptional levels of organisation, accuracy, and professional judgement
Make confident, timely decisions to keep projects moving efficiently and safely

30 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 3 paid days between Christmas & New Year
Company pension
Private medical insurance
Hybrid working with 1 day per week from home
Excellent opportunities for professional growth and development
A vibrant, supportive, and inclusive company culture
