AI Business Manager

Your role

As AI becomes central to the Investment Banking (IB) strategy, the regulatory and operational landscape is evolving. In the role of AI Business Manager, you will lead AI regulatory engagement and governance implementation across IB, ensuring compliance and maximizing commercial advantage. You will coordinate AI forums and collaborate with use case owners to ensure governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI regulatory engagement and develop operating models for AI use cases to ensure regulatory compliance
• Organize the AI forums to facilitate the governance process and ensure effective implementation of AI strategies and initiatives
• Maintain transparency on AI use cases, track adoption and compliance, and report to AI forums
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements; communicate updates and manage expectations
• Translate business goals into actionable product requirements through collaboration with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers
• Oversee product lifecycle from prioritization and planning to deployment and updates, partnering with engineering, data science, and business teams
• Develop and implement communication strategies for diverse audiences, including senior management
• Organize technical workshops and demos to enhance AI literacy and facilitate knowledge sharing

You will work within the IB AI & Data Centre of Excellence, collaborating with business professionals and data scientists. The team focuses on scaling and leveraging data and AI across the IB, partnering with various areas to develop innovative solutions. Your expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, data science, computer science, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in AI/Analytics, analytics translation, project management, or similar roles, preferably in technology or finance
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies with practical application experience
• Entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships and translating business objectives into technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated integrity, curiosity, dedication, and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of the financial services/banking industry.
• Experience with Agile Methods and Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with Teams.
