London

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in London, UK. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits programmes, working closely with HR, Finance, and leadership. You will play a key role in salary benchmarking, benefits, payroll-related processes, and reward initiatives, helping us maintain a competitive and compliant approach to compensation and benefits.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.

  • Oversee payroll-related processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams.

  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.

  • Support the design of incentive schemes, bonuses, and performance-based rewards.

  • Provide guidance to employees on compensation structures, benefits, and policies.

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and retention through effective reward programs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or a related HR role.

  • Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data and market trends.

  • Solid understanding of UK labor laws and compensation regulations.

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach.

What We Offer

  • Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.

  • 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).

  • Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.

  • Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.

  • Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.

  • Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.

  • Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
