NEC Construction Project Manager
We're looking for a NEC Construction Project Manager for a public sector organisation based in London or Essex (hybrid) on an initial 6 months contract, paying up to £650 per day (Inside IR35).
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to attend the office two to three days per week. The successful NEC Construction Project Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of major infrastructure and construction projects across the full RIBA lifecycle. You'll own end-to-end delivery against agreed time, cost, quality and safety standards, playing a key role in project governance and benefit realisation. You'll also be the prime point of contact for large teams of outsourced professional service providers. You will need proven experience in the following: NEC contract management on construction or infrastructure projectsConstruction and infrastructure project management on complex, high-value schemes
Delivery across the RIBA lifecycle
Stakeholder management at senior level
