We are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our Acton branch in a Telesales position.
Exciting Telesales Opportunities in Acton

Our Telesales vacancy in Acton offers you the chance to play an important role in our dynamic team, helping both trade and retail customers with product advice and order enquiries over the phone.
Main Responsibilities – Telesales
- Respond professionally and promptly to incoming telephone enquiries from both established and new customers
- Provide detailed product advice and guide customers through the Lawsons’ extensive building materials, timber, and fencing ranges
- Prepare accurate quotations, process sales orders, and follow up leads efficiently
- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and clear communication
- Work closely with the Acton branch team, including yard and warehouse colleagues, to ensure all orders and deliveries are fulfilled seamlessly
- Identify sales opportunities, upsell relevant products, and assist in achieving branch targets
- Keep updated with current promotions, special offers, and new product lines
- Ensure all activities are carried out according to health and safety procedures and Lawsons’ compliance standards
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Essential Skills & Experience – Telesales Careers in Acton
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a customer service environment (building materials or merchant experience is essential)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused manner, polite and professional at all times
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting
- IT literate, comfortable with order processing and CRM systems
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive in taking on new challenges
- A positive attitude and genuine team player approach
Working Hours – Full-Time Telesales Jobs, Acton Branch
This is a full-time, permanent role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00, with alternate Saturday mornings (08:00 – 12:00).
