- Defect Diagnosis, Condition & Planned Maintenance Surveys
- Design & Specification of Works
- Party Wall Matters & Licence to Alter

What can you bring?
- MRICS (min. 6 months post-qualified desirable)
- Broad experience across both professional services and project work
- Strong communication skills and client management experience
- Comfortable managing multiple projects independently
- Passionate about high standards and collaborative working
- Residential experience advantageous (not essential)
- Full driving licence is helpful but not essential
- Good IT skills – proficiency in MS Office a must, CAD helpful
What’s on offer?
- Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Discretionary Bonus linked to performance
- 28 Days Holiday including public holidays
- Private Medical Insurance
- Company Pension Scheme
- Bike to Work Scheme
