Senior Product Manager - Global Inventory Finance and ABL

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Product Manager, Inventory Finance and ABL .
This role supports the end-to-end design, structuring, and delivery of HSBC’s global Inventory Finance product suite. The role holder will assist in implementing the global product strategy, drive adoption across key markets, and coordinate with stakeholders across risk, front office, and operations to ensure product scalability, commercial viability, and control adherence.
The role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and execute HSBC’s structured working capital proposition, with focus on execution quality, innovation, and client value.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and delivery of key components of the global Inventory Finance strategy.
- Assist in structuring new solutions across ABL, Contract Monetization, Borrowing Base, and Warehouse Finance deals.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, standard templates, Sales material, pricing models, and structuring guidelines.
- Track performance metrics for product adoption, deal flow, capital returns, and process efficiency.
- Assist in preparation of business cases for digital and policy enhancement initiatives.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Expert level understanding of trade finance solutions;
- Thorough understanding of digital and emerging technology solutions in trade finance;
- Strong experience in delivering change and preferably through agile co-creation immersions
- Proven ability in successfully leading cross-functional and multi-cultural businesses and teams;
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally
- Well developed management skills, with experience in team building and managing a wide range of projects;
- Ability to lead and motivate other managers and staff, employing appropriate management styles;
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
The base location of this role is London operating a Hybrid working model.
