We help the world run better

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you'll help manage SAP’s global social media presence day-to-day, ensuring our content is timely, relevant, and aligned with key business goals. You’ll help shape SAP’s voice across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, working closely with (Regional) Social Media Managers to create content that connects with diverse audiences across markets, languages, industries, and interests. You’ll also collaborate with our creative agency and Social Media Managers to brainstorm, brief, and deliver compelling content tailored to local needs. You’ll help monitor conversations, identify engagement opportunities, spark two-way dialogue around the topics that matter most to SAP, and stay tuned into the pulse of our audience. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple time zones and regions, providing valuable insight into how social media strategies adapt across cultures and languages. You’ll be a key part of the Global Social Media team; contributing to team meetings, sharing learnings, documenting best practices, and supporting projects that enhance our performance, processes, and content across SAP’s social ecosystem.

What you bring:

You’re a recent graduate (within the past 1–2 years) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Curious, creative, and passionate about social media and storytelling, you’re someone who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across cultures and time zones. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. You either have experience with, or are excited to learn, tools like Opal and Sprinklr. You keep up with social trends and understand how platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube work, especially in a B2B context. You’re fluent in English, and additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French are a plus. You’re data-savvy, adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced, global environments where no two days are the same.

Meet your team:

You’ll be joining the Social Media Managers team within SAP’s award-winning Global Social Media team. We are the voice of SAP across every social platform and in every region around the world. We bring the brand to life through thoughtful strategy, creative content, and real-time engagement that resonates. You’ll work with a collaborative, forward-thinking team that blends storytelling with data-driven insights. We care deeply about the impact of our work - and the culture we build together. Our goal? To create meaningful connections with SAP’s global audience while always learning, evolving, and raising the bar.
