We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected provider of building support services with over four decades of experience. Their client base includes local authorities, social landlords, NHS trusts, and private sector clients. Our client is now seeking an Installation Surveyor to join their expanding Installations division.

Installation Surveyor - Job Overview

The Installation Surveyor is responsible for conducting precise surveys of domestic properties, ensuring informed decisions are made regarding repairs and maintenance to deliver exceptional service to tenants. The role includes identifying the need for health and safety inspections, such as gas and electrical checks, legionella, and asbestos assessments, before any work begins, and taking appropriate action to maintain property safety. The Installation Surveyor will also manage subcontractor performance, monitor and report on stock levels, and carry out audits to ensure quality of work, compliance, and efficient stock management.

Installation Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary up to £41,000 DOE
• 45 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• 21 days holiday increasing by 1 extra day every 2 years up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory

Installation Surveyor - Job Requirements

• Live within a commutable distance of London
• Valid ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Relevant City and Guilds Level 3 Qualification
