HR Manager
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources. This role requires a committed professional to manage HR operations, ensuring compliance and supporting organisational growth. Client Details A reputable school based in London. Description Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organisational goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Analyse HR data to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.Profile A successful HR Manager should have: A strong background as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager. Must have worked in a school previously and hold a current enhanced DBS on the update service. Professional HR qualifications or equivalent experience. Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proven ability to manage recruitment and employee relations effectively. Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics.
