The Role

Your role will support both our talent and brand division.

Key responsibilities will include:

Brand

  • Campaign Casting – collating target lists of influencers who would be right for the brands we represent
  • Campaign Activation – outreaching to influencers to understand fees, negotiating and agreeing paid partnerships
  • Briefs – writing creative briefs for influencers to execute
  • Product Send Outs – managing samples being sent to influencers to drive organic coverage across social media incl. devising and delivering creative PR packages that drive those unboxing moments
  • Tracking and Logging Coverage – monitoring those we gift and capturing any content that influencers share to showcase the brilliant advocacy results we’re driving
  • Client Liaison – preparing agendas and updating clients on email and in person with campaign updates
  • Events – working with the team to create and deliver engaging influencer events that have the wow factor incl. venue sourcing, production support and
  • Shoots – supporting on scouting locations and logistics across shoots we deliver for influencer campaigns
  • Reporting – collating campaign results and working with the team to analyse and make recommendations
  • Social – helping the Managing Director to create content for our agency social channels
  • Insights & Ideas – sharing interesting examples of best practice in influencer marketing to inspire the agency


Talent

  • Brand Matching – collating target lists of brands the talent we represent should be working with and outreaching to pitch our roster to those brands to secure partnership opportunities
  • Representation Recommendations – keeping an eye out for influencers and creators we should be managing and supporting the Talent Director with outreach to secure new additions to our roster
  • Talent Management Support – providing assistance to the Talent Director on liaison with the creators we represent as and when needed e.g. holiday cover


About You

  • Culturally aware – You know who to watch on social and brands doing influencer marketing well and can bring these insights to the team
  • Enjoy new ways of working and evolving – we want to stay ahead and believe that switching things up and always looking to grow is vital. You’ll want to help us evolve in the right direction
  • Experience in influencer marketing – we are looking for someone who’s got some experience within the industry. This could be developed through work experience/intern-level, or you may be an assistant looking for variety and a step up in responsibility.
