Pay Rate: £12.30-£13.00 per hour (increasing in line with National Living Wage from April)

- Working efficiently in a fast-paced contact centre environment
What We're Looking For
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals who can deliver a great customer experience. Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to start quickly once roles go live
- A reliable, professional and confident approach when speaking with customers
