Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation looking for an Interim Senior Talent Partner.
- Develop a strong pipeline of talent for current and future vacancies
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first point of contact with potential candidates to onboarding
- Work closely with HR colleagues to provide strategies to recruit diverse talent
- Develop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management and various stakeholders
- Work with the global TA team on execution and development of programmes to enhance attraction and pipeline of candidates What You'll Need To Succeed
This is a high-profile role where your technical experience and network are essential to the success of this role. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are able to implement strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates. What You'll Get in Return
