Commercial Property Paralegal
Job Details
My client is a legal 500 law firm, currently on the lookout for an experience Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in London.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
- Draft and review legal documents including leases, licences, contracts, and Land Registry applications
- Conduct title checks and property searches
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, lenders, and third parties
- Maintain case management systems and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory processes
- Support the team in due diligence for commercial transactions
- Prepare reports and attend meetings as needed
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a paralegal in commercial property
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
- A legal qualification (e.g. Law degree or LPC) is preferred but not essential
