Sub Agent
Summary:
As a Sub Agent, you will play a vital role in the management of civil engineering and construction sites, focusing on small-value projects or supporting Site Agents and Project Managers on larger schemes. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health and safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You will be responsible for managing the project programme, interpreting engineering drawings, and providing technical guidance to the project team. Additionally, you will oversee site operations, ensuring that all staff, subcontractors, and visitors meet the necessary competencies and hold relevant qualifications. Your role will also involve representing the company to customers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Skills:
Extensive experience in civil engineering.
Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations.

Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
CSCS card
SMSTS certification
Full UK driving licence
NEBOSH or IOSH certification
