A leading firm in the renewable energy sector is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to oversee Health & Safety operations across Windfarms, Substations, and Battery Storage projects in and around Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce robust health and safety policies across multiple project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and detailed risk assessments
• Ensure full compliance with current legislation, standards, and best practices
• Lead and deliver engaging safety training sessions and workshops
• Work closely with project managers to embed safety measures into project plans

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Chartered status in Health & Safety (CMIOSH or equivalent)
• Significant experience in Health & Safety management within the renewable energy sector
• Strong working knowledge of relevant UK Health & Safety legislation and standards
• Proven experience on Windfarms, Substations, and Battery Storage projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within project teams
