About the Drama Department

Teaching focuses on characterisation, performance technique, directing, devising, and analysis of dramatic works. Students consistently achieve strong academic and performance outcomes.
The Role
• Teach Drama across KS3–KS5.
• Support large-scale productions and extracurricular clubs.
• Develop schemes of work and contribute to performing arts events.
• Encourage creativity, expression, and collaboration among students.
Requirements
• QTS with a Drama or Performing Arts degree.
• Experience directing or assisting with productions is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and creative teaching skills.
