Corporate Partnerships Manager
As an ambitious Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will oversee the design and delivery of a bold, multi‑year corporate partnerships strategy that strengthens this charity's position as the partner of choice for leading global businesses. You will identify, secure, and steward five and six figure partnerships that drive sustained income, brand affinity, and engagement as well as managing and growing a £1m+ portfolio. With an ambitious growth plan and a powerful brand, the organisation mobilises resources, partnerships, and awareness to support vital humanitarian programmes on the ground. The charity is values‑driven, collaborative, and innovative, uniting teams who believe in compassion, integrity, and practical action for a fairer world. Description Design and deliver a targeted corporate fundraising strategy. Personally manage and grow a £1m+ portfolio of corporate donors, securing six‑ and seven‑figure multi‑year commitments. Refresh and relaunch a key funding proposition for the private sector to drive renewed strategic investment. Analyse lapsed and recent donors to implement focused re‑engagement plans. Support stewardship and growth of broader strategic corporate partnerships alongside senior colleagues. Serve as the corporate partnerships lead during humanitarian emergencies, managing coordination and acting as SLT liaison. Create and deliver bespoke engagement plans for key emergency partners and donors. Lead prospect research and network mapping to unlock new corporate opportunities. Partner on new business pitches and high‑value proposals, particularly those with an emergency focus. Support renewal and expansion of strategic partnerships with major corporate donors. Profile Proven success in securing, managing, and growing six‑figure corporate partnerships Demonstrated ability to design and deliver strategic corporate engagement plans that drive sustainable income. Experience working in a fast‑paced fundraising environment, maintaining composure and flexibility during high‑pressure periods. Exceptional relationship‑builder with credibility to engage senior corporate leaders, boards, and trustees. Strategic and commercial mindset, able to translate complex humanitarian or social issues into compelling corporate propositions. Outstanding communication skills, with a track record of producing persuasive proposals, presentations, and reports. Strong awareness of the UK corporate partnerships landscape and emerging trends in purpose‑driven business. Confident negotiator and influencer, skilled at building alignment and securing long‑term commitments. Proactive and solutions‑focused, comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a complex matrix structure.
