2nd Line Support
Troubleshoot hardware, software and Microsoft-related issues.
Manage and resolve service desk tickets within agreed timescales.
Support Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
Assist with system maintenance, updates, backups and asset management.
Troubleshoot end-user connectivity and network issues where required.Essential Skills Previous experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support, IT Support Engineer or ICT Support role.
Strong knowledge of:
Microsoft 365
Windows 10/11
Active Directory
DNS & DHCP
Group Policy (GPO)
Print Management
Hyper-V / Virtualisation
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between sites.
Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred).What's on Offer £200-£220 per day.
Initial 3-month contract.
