The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

The Role

As a Spa Attendant, you will be an essential part of creating a tranquil and luxurious spa experience. You will ensure that all spa facilities are impeccably presented, assist guests with their needs, and support the spa team in delivering an unparalleled wellness journey. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality will help every guest feel relaxed, refreshed, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and changing facilities.
• Provide a welcoming and attentive presence, assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their comfort.
• Prepare spa amenities, such as towels, robes, and refreshments, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
• Support the spa team with setup and restocking of products and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a pristine and serene environment.

About You

• Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, wellness, or spa environments is a plus.
• A warm and professional demeanor with a strong focus on guest service.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed presence.
• A passion for wellness and creating memorable experiences for guests.
