Executive Assistant to MD International, PV Sports

DESCRIPTION

Exciting opportunity to join the team reshaping the future of entertainment and sports, supporting the worldwide (ex-US) Head of Sports at Prime Video. Working in a fast-moving, high profile and fun environment, the role covers all Executive Assistant responsibilities and also arranges team events to build engagement and inclusion.


Key job responsibilities

• Exec calendar management and coordination with EA network across Amazon.
• Exec travel bookings and arrangements.
• Organising offsites / team-building events.
• Ad hoc office projects (eg space planning).

About the team
Amazon's live sports offering has grown rapidly over the past few years and the International Sports team is responsible for all sports across territories outside US and Canada. This includes defining the strategy, doing the rights deals, and managing the production and overall delivery.
Countries covered include UK, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Australia, Brazil and Mexico among others. Sports include UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, Wimbledon, Roland-Garros and many others.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
• Experience leading process improvements
