About Inia AI

We build AI-powered credit risk analysis platforms for institutional clients. Rather than relying on generic, off-the-shelf tools, we engineer bespoke systems that encode each client's specific credit methodology into tailored workflows. Our platform produces credit narratives that satisfy rigorous model risk governance, all deployed directly into client-hosted cloud environments.

We currently serve a global investment bank alongside other leading institutional clients. We are a small, highly focused team. Joining means working directly with senior leadership and having an outsized impact on both the product and the company's trajectory.

What You’ll Do

You will report to the Chief Technology Officer and work across our client deployments and core platform to ensure reliability, resolve issues, and deliver improvements driven by real-world usage and feedback. The role is similar to a forward deployed engineer. You'll work directly within live production environments, not just write code from the sidelines.

Production Operations: Work hands-on across multiple cloud-hosted environments: diagnosing issues, implementing fixes, and ensuring platform stability across all deployments.

Platform Maintenance & Enhancement: Maintain and extend the core application, a .NET backend API with Vue.js and Blazor frontends, fixing bugs, implementing client-requested features, and ensuring the platform remains stable and performant.

Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage and improve deployment pipelines, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP). Support both cloud-native and on-premise delivery models using Docker and GitHub Actions.

Regression Testing & Quality: Build and maintain regression test suites to catch issues before they reach clients. Strengthen testing practices across the platform to support reliable, frequent releases.

Cross-Stack Work: Primarily backend-focused, but comfortable stepping into Vue.js or Blazor frontends when needed to ship fixes or smaller features end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of maintaining and improving production systems
• Strong C# / .NET proficiency and comfort working primarily on backend, with the ability to work across the full stack when needed
• Infrastructure & DevOps experience : hands-on with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar), and managing deployments across at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Comfortable working directly in live production environments, diagnosing issues, applying fixes, and maintaining system health across multiple deployments
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily workflow
• Testing discipline: experience building and maintaining regression test suites, with a quality-first mindset
• Excellent English communication : you'll collaborate closely with a distributed team and occasionally interact with institutional clients
• Self-directed and reliable: able to manage your own workload across multiple client environments without heavy oversight

Nice to Have

• Experience with container orchestration beyond basic Docker (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS)
• Experience working across multiple production environments or multi-tenant deployments
• Familiarity with working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments (financial services, banking)
• Background working in early-stage or small-team environments where initiative is essential
