Social & Content Executive (Rebel Rebel Future Brands)

Location: Rebel Rebel HQ, WeWork Aviation House, 125 Kingsway, London WC2B 6NH. 4 days a week in office/1 at home

We’re on the hunt for a creative, camera-ready, and trend-driven Social & Content Executive to join our growing team! You’ll work in our marketing team to create scroll-stopping content whilst building and engaging with a loyal community, running global social media platforms and working closely cross functionally with other departments in the business.

We want someone who wants to work within the skincare and beauty industry and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving space. Someone who is social media obsessed and is ready to create top performing social-first content. Our ideal person will have at least a year’s experience working in a social media role and ready to join with a passion for the skincare and beauty world.

What you'll do:

Create & Collaborate: Ideate and produce fun, original social first content - you’ll be filming videos of yourself, so confidence is key!
Track the Trends: Stay in the loop with platform updates, social trends, and competitor moves—and use them to keep us ahead of the game
Take Ownership : Manage the day to day running of social media platforms and work across multiple brands on social channels & content
Community Love: Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a fun, and engaging way
Report & Reflect: Analyse and report results, using these to impact future content & social plans Campaign Creativity: Assist in brainstorming and executing fab new social media campaigns, launches, and giveaways.

UGC Work with creators and brief content to compliment the channel strategy

✨ Marketing Work with the wider team and external agencies on other marketing channels

What you'll have:

A genuine passion for skincare and beauty
Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.)
A creative mind with strong attention to detail
A team player who’s ready to learn, and grow
Experience or confident with content creation and video/photo editing
Bonus if you’ve dabbled in or have basic design skills including Canva
