EMEA Account Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Account Manager to join our commercial team and drive sales growth across selected accounts and territories within EMEA .
This is a high-impact role where you’ll build long-term customer relationships, identify new opportunities and support market development for some of our most innovative materials.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across the EMEA region.
Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical and commercial support.
Identify and convert new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.
Support customers through product development and launch phases.
Contribute to regional sales planning, forecasting and growth strategy.
What you'll need:
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of channel marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel (up to 50% across EMEA).
Ability to speak another European language, such as German or Italian, would be beneficial.

We’re particularly interested in candidates from manufacturing or industrial sectors who have managed or developed multi-million-pound customer accounts , with proven success in nurturing long-term relationships and driving commercial growth.
You’ll be comfortable working cross-functionally, skilled in negotiation and problem solving, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
