We're supporting a fast-growing FMCG brand in their search for a talented Senior National Account Manager to join their commercial team. The business is a market leader in the health and nutrition category, offering a wide range of innovative products loved by consumers nationwide. With ambitious growth plans and a strong presence across major retail channels, this is an opportunity to take ownership of key grocery accounts and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's next phase of success.

The Role
As Senior National Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic account plans to deliver growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with major UK grocery retailers.
• Leading negotiations and managing JBPs / terms discussions.
• Working closely with marketing, supply chain and NPD to support account initiatives.
• Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Monitoring performance and implementing corrective action where required.
• Providing regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members.

The Person

• Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and deliver results.
• Strong analytical capability to spot opportunities and solve challenges.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience leading JBPs and growing category share.
• Strong FMCG Grocery experience.
• Longevity and progression in previous roles.
