HR Business Partner (6-9 Month FTC)
Oakleaf are supporting a well-established, global investment management organisation in hiring a HR Business Partner for a 6-9 month fixed-term contract.
This role partners with business areas across Europe, providing end-to-end HR support and helping drive people initiatives that support business performance. Sitting within a collaborative HR team, the position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad, generalist remit.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relationsSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies and processesCoordinate and support performance management cycles, including mid-year and year-end reviewsContribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and engagementPartner with internal teams to support recruitment activityAnalyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-makingSupport employee engagement activity, including surveys, feedback sessions, and follow-up actionsAssist with a range of ad hoc HR projects and initiativesAbout You
Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a corporate or financial services environmentStrong employee relations experience and confidence managing a range of casesAble to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience supporting HR projects and initiativesAnalytical mindset with good attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetails
