Event Coordinator

Are you an experienced Event Coordinator looking to take your career global? We're expanding our London-based team and seeking a highly organised and motivated Event Coordinator to help deliver exceptional conferences across Europe and USA.
About the RoleIn this role, you'll play a key part in the planning, logistics, and execution of both in-person and virtual events, helping bring together top professionals in niche markets to learn, collaborate, and innovate. This position offers the opportunity to travel internationally and manage on-site event operations.
Key Responsibilities- Research and liaise with venues, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Create and maintain event websites.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events.
- Coordinate training and support for guest speakers.
- Oversee virtual event execution and troubleshoot live issues.
- Travel internationally to manage on-site event operations.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in international event coordination.
- Proven ability to manage logistics across multiple regions (Europe, US).
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Public Speaking.
- Confident, professional demeanor with a collaborative attitude.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with virtual event platforms.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
