Need final cleaning and inventory check for rental property
I'm a tenant in a UK rental and I'm preparing for a check-out. I need a thorough housekeeping visit focused on an état des lieux, including cleaning to a professional standard and a quick inventory check. The flat is one-bedroom with a small kitchen and bathroom, roughly 40-50m2. Tasks should cover dusting, vacuuming, mopping, oven and fridge interior cleaning, bathroom sanitization, window sills, and making sure fixtures are in good condition. I’d appreciate attention to scuffs, marks, and ensuring everything is in working order for the landlord’s handover. Please bring appropriate cleaning supplies and provide a brief report on any issues noticed that might need repair or replacement before the final inspection. Flexible start time, but I’d prefer a morning appointment if possible.
