Creative Intern - Management Consulting

Requirements
We’re looking for a Creative Intern to join our Creative Team and support our Marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience working on real creative output that’s used across the business.
You’ll support the creation of creative and marketing assets across multiple channels, while playing an active role in rolling out Enfuse’s new brand. From helping apply the brand across presentations and content, to supporting templates and everyday assets, you’ll help make sure the brand is consistent, clear and easy for teams to use.
You’ll also support how the brand is embedded across the business using AI and Copilot. This includes contributing to tools like a tone-of-voice AI bot and wider brand guidance that teams can rely on day to day.

What You'll do
- Support the creation of digital and print assets, including presentations, social media graphics, infographics and wider marketing collateral.
- Assist with video editing and content for social, internal communications, events and campaigns.
- Contribute to content creation and idea development, working closely with the Creative and Marketing teams.
- Support the rollout of Enfuse’s new brand, helping translate brand guidelines into practical templates, assets and examples.
- Help maintain brand consistency across presentations, documents, social content and internal communications.
- Support experimentation with creative and brand-focused AI tools, including contributing to a tone-of-voice AI bot and wider brand assistant.
- Assist with embedding brand guidance into Copilot and internal AI tools, helping teams create on-brand content more easily.
- Research and share trends in design, branding, creative technology and AI.
- Provide ad-hoc creative and multimedia support to the Creative and Marketing teams as needed.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating design and multimedia work.
- Proactive and organised, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Currently studying or recently completed a creative, design or media-related course.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to collaborate both remotely and in person.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) and Canva (although not essential – we’ll help you learn!).
- Interest in or exposure to creative AI tools and curiosity about emerging design technologies.
- Basic skills in video editing (not essential – we’ll help you learn in tools like Descript!).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in how AI, automation and Copilot can be used to support brand consistency, content creation and knowledge sharing.
