What You'll Do

• Assist in the implementation of company-wide strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives

• Perform financial, commercial, and operational analysis to guide business decision-making

• Drive, assist, and support with the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes

• Collaborate with colleagues across functions to help drive initiatives forward

• Prepare clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role with emphasis on Program Management

• Robust educational foundation (degree or comparable experience in finance, business, economics, or a relevant area)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

• Critical decisioning and judgment

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels

• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with a low-ego, team-oriented approach

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize actions
