This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring teacher who is eager to gain hands-on classroom experience in a nurturing school environment, with the potential to progress onto our School-Based Teacher Training programme after one year.

The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with class teachers to support pupils across all areas of learning, both in class and in small groups.
• Assist in delivering high-quality lessons and interventions.
• Support the pastoral and academic development of pupils.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including school events and extracurricular activities.
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development tailored to your career goals.

We Are Looking For:

• A graduate (any discipline) with a genuine passion for working with children and an interest in primary education.
• Someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• A caring, positive individual who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• An aspiring teacher who is keen to develop their skills and progress onto teacher training after one year.
