Lead Product Designer

This is a game-changer role for a Lead Product Designer who wants real ownership, real influence, and real problems to solve.

We’re partnering with a global leading SaaS business operating at the intersection of AI, AdTech, and MarTech, with teams and customers across the UK, USA, and Europe.

The product is built on deep consumer insight and complex data and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer / IC who will RAISE THE BAR for product design across the platform.

The Challenge

You’ll operate as a design leader without becoming a people manager.

This role is about:

Owning end-to-end product design across complex, data-heavy workflows

Turning customer insight and AI-driven outputs into intuitive, usable experiences

Partnering closely with product and engineering to influence what gets built and why

Defining design standards, principles, and patterns used across the product

Challenging assumptions and pushing the product forward, not just refining what exists

You’ll be trusted to think big, move fast, and leave a visible mark on the product.

What They’re Looking For

This is for designers who are still hands-on and opinionated about quality.

You’ll likely bring:

Senior or Lead Product Design experience on complex SaaS or data-driven products

Strong interaction design and product thinking, not just visual polish

Experience designing for insight, analytics, or decision-making tools

Confidence operating as a senior individual contributor alongside product and engineering leaders

A portfolio that shows problem-solving, trade-offs, and outcomes

Title matters less than impact.

Salary & Package

£100,000–£120,000 plus bonus, hybriod working, 30+ days holidays and more.....
