The Work
- Lead growth of the Equity Reward offering in London, shaping strategy and elevating market presence.
- Win and deliver high-value engagements, advising senior stakeholders on share schemes, LTIPs, and tax-efficient equity structures.
- Maintain and develop key client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience.
- Drive portfolio performance through pricing, proposal development, and WIP management.
- Collaborate across the firm with Global Employer Solutions, Tax, and specialist teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead and mentor Managers/Associate Directors, building capability and technical excellence.
What You Need
- ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong equity reward experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex equity reward engagements and advising senior stakeholders.
- Strong business development capability, with experience originating opportunities and converting them into sustainable client relationships.
- Experience advising listed companies is advantageous.
