Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking for your next step with a progressive and award-winning accountancy practice? I'm working with a well-established Top 30 accountancy and advisory firm that is growing its Audit and Assurance offering and looking for a dynamic Audit Manager to join the team.

The Audit Manager role:
As Audit Manager, you'll manage your own client portfolio, lead assignments, and play a key role in developing both people and client relationships. Typical responsibilities include:
- Split of work is 70% audit and 30% accounts
- Overseeing audits from planning through to completion across a wide range of sectors
- Reviewing accounts and tax computations
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, providing on-the-job training and feedback
- Building and developing strong client relationships
- Supporting business development through networking and proposals
- Involvement in wider team responsibilities, including recruitment and marketing initiatives
What you'll need:
- ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
- Experience managing your own portfolio of audit clients
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 (IFRS beneficial)
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to client service
- Experience with audit software (Caseware preferred)
