You'll support the Restaurant Leader, ensuring our One Love – craveable chicken finger meals – is served while upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture. Your dynamic role involves hiring, training and managing our crew, opening and closing the restaurant, and maintaining high customer service standards.

The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Hire, train, manage and motivate our crew
• Open and close the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
• Maintain high customer service standards
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• New restaurant opening experience preferred
• GCSEs or equivalent required, some tertiary education preferred
• Valid UK driver's license
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work varied shifts and travel for work-related functions and training

Desirable

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
