As the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will:

• Create clear, engaging multi‑channel content, intranet articles, leadership messages, videos, Viva Engage posts and campaign materials.

• Manage and evolve our core internal comms channels, ensuring timely, relevant, high‑performing content.

• Plan and deliver internal campaigns aligned to our Five Ambitions and People strategy.

• Coordinate colleague listening forums and support initiatives that enhance engagement and culture.

• Measure communications effectiveness and provide insight-led recommendations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping messaging and best‑practice communication approaches.

• Plan and deliver key internal events across the year.

To succeed as our Internal Communications & Engagement Manager you will bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in internal communications

• Strong storytelling skills and a flair for creative content

• Strong planning and delivery skills

• Experience managing multi-channel comms in complex organisations

• Expertise in digital communications and internal social media channel strategy

• Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills

• A passion for enhancing colleague experience through great communications and engagement activities
