Crone Corkill is working with a modern law firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their vibrant & passionate team in their London office on a permanent hybrid basis.
You will join a well-established business that is well-known for its expertise across all residential and real estate matters, Wills & Estates, Power of Attorney and Enfranchisement matters.

The RoleDue to continued growth, the firm are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join a high performing team on a permanent hybrid basis. With a diverse caseload across new builds,shared ownership and leaseholds you will hit the ground running with a focus on the below duties:
- Managing a diverse caseload of 60 to 70 files
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions end to end
- Providing expert legal advice on complex matters with a client-focussed approach
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team that celebrate each others successes
- Proactively updating clients on a regular basis
- Drafting legal documentation for clients in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with external attorneys, lenders and brokers
- Overseeing support staff and delegating tasks
- Researching relevant caselaw
- Staying abreast with relevant technology and ensuring SRA & GDPR rules are compiled with
About You
You may have years under your belt and are looking to join a larger dynamic practice or simply want to join a specialised Property practice.- Minimum 3 years PQE in an unsupervised position
- Proven knowledge & expertise in new builds & shared ownership
- Good technical capability with a desire to learn new and improved processes
- Lazor attention to detail & compliance
- Emotional Intelligence
- Team player with the capacity to coach junior staff members
