- Connect with Your Users: Constantly engage with students through interviews, feedback sessions, and data analysis to build a deep, empathetic understanding of their needs.
- Inform with Data: Master our product analytics to understand user behavior, define key metrics, and design rapid experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
- Guide with Clarity: Support your team through ambiguity, maintain sharp focus on the most critical priorities, and be exceptional at saying "no" to distractions.
- Build a Feedback Culture: Create tight feedback loops where the team is constantly learning from users and shipping improvements at a rapid pace.
- Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner with engineers and designers, speaking their language to translate complex problems into simple, feasible, and elegant solutions.
- Remote, Fulltime Employment role.
