We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our team within a high-end London environment offering a premium dining experience alongside an exclusive private dining element. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional food quality and driving strong kitchen performance. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality food across all areas of service.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to design and implement seasonal menus aligned with brand standards.
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation, flavour, and guest experience at all times.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen management, and health & safety procedures.
- Oversee ordering, supplier relationships, stock control and wastage reduction.
- Manage labour, cost control and GP performance in line with business targets.
- Support the progression and development of the kitchen brigade through coaching and structured training.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef.
- Background in high-quality, high-volume hospitality environments.
- Knowledgeable, calm and organised with a strong eye for detail.
- Confident leading and motivating a team in a busy service environment.
- Passionate about seasonal produce and modern, ingredient-focused cooking.
- Commercially aware with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Salary of £55,000
