Social Media & Marketing Manager, Fitness Brand

Salt is partnering with a premium fitness studio with multiple locations across London to find a talented Social Media & Marketing Manager . We’re looking for a genuine people-person with at least three years of experience in social media marketing, along with a solid foundation in traditional marketing.
In this role, you’ll lead localised marketing campaigns and drive in-studio initiatives to create scroll-stopping content across the brand’s social channels. You’ll be actively present across all studio locations-building strong relationships with staff and members-fostering a vibrant, highly engaged community of loyal brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Manage the social media calendar and content across platforms.
- Deliver an influencer strategy to boost brand reach and engagement.
- Track and report on social media performance, identifying optimisation opportunities.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute local events and partnerships that drive awareness and client acquisition.
- Collaborate with community groups and relevant external organisations.
- Launch and manage an ambassador programme to expand brand advocacy.
Content Creation
- Develop creative, on-brand content (including video and photography).
- Work closely with designers to produce materials for both digital and print use.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Contribute to and implement elements of the marketing plan.
- Support the execution of campaigns, content planning, and asset production.
- Collaborate with studio teams to deliver local marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.
Internal Engagement
- Support internal wellbeing and brand engagement initiatives.
- Encourage team participation in content creation and brand promotion.
Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing, ideally within wellness or health & fitness sectors.
- Strong digital and social media expertise.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident multitasker with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience managing content, events, and community engagement.
