Senior Sous Chef - Canary Wharf
Monday-Friday | 40 hrs | Overtime Paid
- Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, with 1-2 occasional evening shifts (paid overtime)
- Team: 10 chefs + 4 KPs
- Average 300 covers per day
Breakfast, lunch & dinner, private dining (2 rooms daily), buffets (50-60 covers), finger food for up to 200 guests, family-style buffets and fine dining. Requirements:
- Strong fine dining experience in high-volume kitchens
