RETAIL MANAGER – LUXURY FINE JEWELLERY
FULL-TIME | UP TO £50,000 BASIC + BONUS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and elevated client experience
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
- Drive commercial performance through strong clienteling, CRM engagement, and KPI analysis
- Maintain exceptional operational standards across stock control, workshop orders, bespoke timelines, and showroom presentation
- Partner closely with the Head of Sales on commercial initiatives, team development, and proactive client outreach
- Oversee high-value and bespoke client journeys, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards and values
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Retail Manager experience within luxury fine jewellery
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, including natural and lab-grown
- Commercially astute with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
- Highly organised, polished, and credible in both leadership and client-facing environments
- Inspirational people leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
