The Role
- Managing and growing a busy contract desk within the gas engineering sector
- Building strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into ongoing assignments
- Delivering against high-volume recruitment needs with speed and accuracy
- Ensuring compliance and maintaining excellent service standards

- Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within a high-volume or contract environment)
- Strong candidate management and client relationship skills
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
